The immersive artistically rich games which I enjoy playing have led me to experience Neva through Steam, resulting in an unforgettable gaming experience. The gaming experience has given me enough time to play for 5 hours, which enables me to write a complete review of the game, which I will base on different aspects.

Okay, so the second Neva popped up on my screen, I was hooked because it looks amazing. The art is just so detailed and feels like old-school animation come to life. Exploring the forests, fields, and ruins feels really unique and peaceful. The framerates are smooth, and you can tell the devs put a lot of heart into making sure everything look great. The developers dedicated extensive effort to create this world which provides viewers with visually stunning experiences. The game presents an attractive visual design which creates a special atmospheric experience that matches every scene.

Neva mixes old-school jumping levels with puzzles and a bit of fighting, which keeps things fun without stressing you out. The controls feel just right, so running around is super smooth. There are also moves like mirror jumps and puzzles that requires timing. And your wolf companion, who starts as a pup, grows up as you progress the game. The emotional part is when you pet the wolf and watch him grows.

The story delivers emotional impact through its beautiful presentation yet I found the story to be more predictable than other games which include Gris. The peaceful pacing and symbolism please me but the story lacks deep engagement for viewers who seek intense plot development.

The game took me around 5 hours to complete which felt just right between two extreme lengths. The experience provides a complete story through its short duration which maintains optimal timing. The game allows players to repeat gameplay through two activities which include finding hidden items and discovering secret locations. The game presents visual and atmospheric content which attracts players who enjoy calm exploration to return and experience the game again.
