Title: Iratus: Lord of the Dead - 8/10 🎮👻
Concerning the creepy "Iratus: Lord of the Dead," I'm quite taken with the whole unusual experience. Playing as a villain is really fresher, and it's definitely making it up in style. So, here's my big review with ratings attached for every angle of the game:

Gameplay Mechanics: 8/10 🤖
I simply enjoy the fact that "Iratus" minimizes RNG as compared to many other games of this genre. With the combat outcomes or skill activations, I feel that my in-game decisions really matter, which gives a feel of strategy played with less frustration compared to the usual luck. On top of that, the game comments against grinding into long hours of leveled new units-probably the best feature for me, which I wanted to strategize and experiment with instead of doing it for hours into battle just to catch up. Here, it's very possible to shift right onto new builds without feeling it is a waste of time.

Build Experimentation: 9/10 🛠️
Here, it's all about "build experimenting"! The flexibility that Iratus grants me allows me to experiment with all kinds of strategies without sacrificing them permanently: a swarm of monsters, or maybe a solo powerful undead; the choice is mine! The balance feels great, so every move is exciting instead of being boring. This aspect kept me hooked and encouraged me to constantly rethink my strategies.

Narrative and Theme: 8/10 🦴
A very unique narrative perspective through which to play as the "bad guy". Dark fantasy theme-plunged into a twisted lore and strange characters. The storytelling through the unit descriptions and quests contributes additional layers of richness to the playing experience so that every character I control feels tied into the larger narrative. The atmosphere is dripping with delicious darkness in which there is a complete lack of attention to some of the more story-driven games but for me, feels most connected and alive.

Token System: 7/10 💎
The token system similar to "Darkest Dungeon 2" offers an interesting layer to the strategy. It is a smart way of handling resources, and while I appreciate the tradeoffs it offers, I sometimes found it rather stifling. Sometimes I was wishing I could make really drastic decisions on the fly, rather than be forced to follow a preordained token system. But that's not really bad, as it encourages thoughtful play.

Performance: 9/10 🖥️
One of the great features for me was the performance of the game; it runs well on even a potato PC! Therefore, it is a big plus for those who don't have the newest hardware. I had gaming sessions with zero worries and no lag, no performance drops, which would be very consuming for me because I like throwing myself into it.

Overall Impressions: 8/10 👑
"Iratus: Lord of the Dead" is one charming indie jewel knowing how to play according to genre rules and deliver an entertainment experience without grinding. Minor things could be improved, like flexibility in the token system. But other than that, the game definitely shines in strategy depth and ominous aesthetics. If you like tactical turn-based combat along with an idea of being an evil mastermind, then this might just be your cup of tea. Highly recommended!
So grab that necromancer’s staff and raise your undead army! ⚔️💀
