Numba Deluxe

Yep this is pretty much sums it up. There are 3 modes to play: Classic, Timeless, Puzzle. Let’s start with classic. Just like in match 3 you have time limit to perform enough matching in order to beat a level. But rules of  Numba are slightly different. You can match either the same number, number+2 or simply by how they go in counting. There are also tiles with bonuses on it. The bonuses are X score multiplier or letter “J” which stands for “Jumble” which lets you shuffle the board. For the classic mode you only need to match chains fast to progress since there is a time limit and with each level more numbers will be added. In first levels only 1,2,3 available.

 Timeless is same as classic but without time limit. You just like “Zen” mode in Bejeweled. It is a relax mode.

Puzzle. In this one you need to match chains correctly or else you’ll fail a puzzle. But there are also new special tiles. Such as fire, ice, ash, chameleon, change and static. Fire tiles can be extinguished by two means. Either pass 5 turns or make them drop on ice tiles. Ice one cannot be interacted with unless you melt them with a fire tile. Ash tiles don’t have numbers on them and will disappear after you drop them on bottom level. Chameleon tiles will become invisible after one turn and visible after another. Change tiles will have number on the increase with each passed turn.

There isn’t much else to say about it. It’s a classic I’m bored for 10 minutes session game. Okayish time killer and a bit alternative take on classic match 3. OST in this kind of game usually very relaxing and barely noticeable I’d give that game 5.5 score. Thanks for reading.
